Terms And Conditions

1. General Rules & Eligibility

  • The BCCS Challenge 2021: #care4wok (‘Contest’) is open to all participants in Singapore, excluding employees of Bartley Community Care Services(‘Organiser’).

  • By participating in this contest, Participants agree to be bound by the official rules, regulations, and decisions of the Organiser.

  • The Contest is in no way organised, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated to Instagram or Facebook; Instagram and Facebook will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses that any party may suffer and/or incur as a result of or in connection with the Contest and/or Prize(s).

2. Prizes

  • Limited to 10 winners

  • 10 winners will receive $20 NTUC gift voucher.

3. Duration

  • Contest Period: 21st November 2021 to 12th December 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

 

4. Mechanics

  • All participants must like and follow @bartleycare , @bccschallenge & @thatsmyfairprice on Facebook to qualify.

  • All participants must ensure their privacy settings is set to public

  • Post a photo of your food OR of you having your favourite food at your favourite local hawker on your Facebook timeline (public post).

  • Tell us where you got it from (xxxx at Blk xxx) and why you like the particular food.

  • Hashtag #care4wok and tag us @bccschallenge

  • Only entries on social media (Facebook) will be accepted.

 

5. Selection of winners

  • The winners will be determined by a panel of judges from the Organiser.

  • The judges' decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

 

6. Notification of winners

  • The winners will be notified via messenger on Facebook on 17th December 2021 with details on prize redemption.

  • If winners do not acknowledge the message within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited, and alternative winners will be selected.

  • Physical collection only. Collection location will be provided via Facebook messenger​​

7. Rights of the Organiser

  • The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize and contest mechanics at its discretion and without prior notice.

  • All submissions must be original creations by the Participants.

  • Incomplete, inappropriate, and unoriginal entries will be disqualified.

  • By entering the Contest, the Organiser reserves the right to use and publish the Participant’s name/photograph/caption on all media platforms without further consent or compensation.

  • The Organiser’s decision on any matter concerning the Contest is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
